To get closer to Ackley, Hareta actually has spent a lot of efforts to imitate Emmy. Hareta believes that Emmy’s degree is just some floppy diploma in a seemingly useless area of study from a third-tier certificate shop.

Yes, for university degree, occupation, job offers, employers, certificate, looks, boob size and fashion style, you can imitate. You may even be able to do better. But can you replicate someone else’s identity, social status, personality, religious beliefs, values and sexual morales? Hareta at this time is still indulging in her own self-contentment and secretly compares herself with Emmy in “spec”. In reality, Emmy has a much better public exam result than Hareta. She was a straight A student in her year, with 9 distinctions in HKCEE. Her husband, Ackley, too was a scholar with 9As.
