Ding dong.

Emmy walks to the door and sneak-peeks who is there. Oh, it is Hareta.

Dressing as chic as she could, Hareta has spent so much time on her looks today. Not as gorgeous as Emmy still. Emmy is wearing a tee with jeans. Hareta keeps smiling, holding the birthday cake for Edison’s celebrations. Hareta looks casual, even though she has been rehersing this in her mind hundreds of times. She tries to look flawless. She says to herself, “Hey you, you can’t lose this. Be fearless. All you need to do is to defeat this idiotic middle class Miss Lucky and your life would be all set. You will then take over her endless fortunes, fame, reputation, power and popularity. Eat her up. Stay positive. Sure win!”

Winner winner, chicken dinner. If what Bernard Shaw says is right that the secret of success is to offend the greatest number of people, then surely Hareta should conquer the world.

Hareta purposedly brings a blue tooth hacker phone because she knows Emmy is clueless in technology. She tries to take advantage of Emmy’s weaknesses, so she excuses herself to look around Chin’s house and sneaks into their studio. She believes that if King David could beat Goliath, there is nothing she cannot do. Emmy could not be invincible. Emmy cannot code, let alone hacking. So Hareta boldly assumes that even if she hacks into Emmy’s home computer, networks and cameras to do illegal things, Emmy will have no clues about it.

So Hareta causally says, “Your home is so classy looking. Can I have a tour round your house?”

Emmy says, “Of course. Treat yourself at home. I have been expecting you all these times. Just go ahead.”

Hareta says, “Great, thank you.”

Emmy turns around to go into the kitchen. Hareta leaks out a cunning smile on her face. This is like a treasure hunt.
