Once Emmy starts mumbling, she wouldn’t stop it there. She is a stereotypical virgo.
Emmy says, “My dear Hareta, actually I have been wanting to tell you this: my hubby is not as good as he seems. He has too many ties, too many strains. He likes to give out empty promises, especially he is a typical Sagittarius. You know empty carts always make the most noises. He really is just an indelible dealer banking all day long.”
Hareta does not understand what Emmy is trying to say. Maybe she is audibly impaired. The truth is out there but she just does not want to recognize it. Hareta is a Capricorn who only lives in her little self-imagined universe. No matter how Emmy the Virgo tries to warn Hareta, she still doubts Emmy’s motives. Who can afford to be kind in this world of today? Hareta likes to think of Emmy the Virgo as a picky perfectionist who is overly critical of things that do not matter. She thinks Emmy is nit picking on her own husband.
Hareta says, “Ackley is so nice to you. Maybe you are too demanding?”
Hareta deliberately tones it down to suppress the discontentment within her. She thinks that Emmy is spoiled, therefore unappreciative. She even thinks that Emmy is just trying to show off her happy marriage in front of this single widow. Would a perfect husband ever exist in reality, anyways? Hareta wants to tell Emmy to stop daydreaming. Emmy Ran, you are just somewhat attractive. Don’t expect everyone to treat you like a princess. You don’t deserve it.
So, stupid is as stupid does. Emmy tries her best to help. Everyone’s true colors will show eventually anyways.
